We are a student-led organization founded in Arizona with a single urgent goal: to advocate for a cleaner, more sustainable future through the widespread adoption of renewable energy, starting with solar energy.

We were born out of the understanding that real change begins at the local level. As students, we see the effects of climate change all around us, and we’re not willing to wait. We’re using our voices, our education, and our energy to push for a better future, one conversation, one community at a time.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower students to become advocates for renewable energy in their cities, schools, and neighborhoods. Through community outreach, education, and direct action, we aim to make solar power more accessible, better understood, and widely adopted, particularly in Arizona, where solar is both powerful and underused.

Our Work

We engage with residents, speak at schools, attend city events, and go door-to-door to share resources and raise awareness. We help people understand the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy and encourage them to take advantage of programs like the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. We’re driven by purpose, passion, and the conviction that if we want to see change, we must be the ones to make it happen.

Why It Matters

Arizona is one of the sunniest places in the country, yet too many communities still rely on outdated, polluting energy sources. Tucson Electric Power (TEP) still generates most of its electricity from fossil fuels. We believe solar energy isn’t just the future — it’s a necessity. And we’re working to make the transition happen faster, one home and one neighborhood at a time.
